The ideal candidate has a strong track record of managing large-scale hotel operations, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional guest experiences across India, and is prepared for immediate relocation to Kakslauttanen Arctic Resort, Lapland to take on this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

• Manage end-to-end resorts operations in line with Indian hospitality standards, ensuring profitability, efficiency, and service excellence.
• Develop and implement strategies for process optimization, cost control, and sustainable revenue growth.
• Lead and inspire cross-functional teams including front office, housekeeping, F&B, sales, and marketing to achieve business objectives.
• Design and execute staff training and development programs to enhance service quality and employee performance.
• Plan and oversee property upgrades and service innovations tailored to Indian guest expectations and market trends.
• Strengthen guest relations, resolve escalations effectively, and foster long-term customer loyalty.
• Apply strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills under high-pressure hospitality operations.
• Drive business development, client engagement, and brand positioning in India’s competitive hospitality market.
• Leverage best practices and insights gained from extensive experience with leading Indian hotel groups.
