Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Health & Safety Nurse to join our resort team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for medical needs, ensuring the safety of our international guests and staff. Experience or interest in wellness and spa services is considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first aid and immediate medical assistance to guests and staff when required.
• Monitor, manage, and maintain health & safety protocols across the resort.
• Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards.
• Assist in managing and replenishing medical supplies, first aid kits, and safety equipment.
• Educate staff on health and safety practices, including first aid awareness.
• Engage with local healthcare providers and emergency services when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (valid nursing license).
• Certification in First Aid and CPR (additional certifications in emergency or occupational health are a plus).
• Experience in hospitality, occupational health, or remote settings preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
• Interest or background in wellness, holistic health, or spa-related care is highly valued.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Finnish or other languages is an advantage.
